Section 3a. Exclusion of certain public buildings.

Section 3 of this ordinance which defines the use districts created by this zoning ordinance shall not be applicable to public buildings erected by the City of Sweetwater, Texas; the county government of Nolan County, Texas; Nolan County-City of Sweetwater. Texas Hospital Board; the State of Texas or the United States of America if such public structure is deemed by the City commission of the City of Sweetwater, Texas to be necessary for the safety, health and general welfare of the public. Such determination may be made by a three-fourths (¾) vote of the City Commission.
