The specifications, rules and regulations entitled International Energy Conservation
Code, 2012 Edition thereof, as published by the International Code Council, Inc.,
a copy of which is on file in the building official's office, is hereby enacted and
adopted as the energy code for the city, and is and hereby incorporated herein by
reference and made part of this Code, as fully as if copied at length, except insofar
as it may be inconsistent with the specific provisions of this chapter.
